Sarajevo is the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in the heart of the Balkans. It is a city with a rich history, beautiful architecture, and a vibrant cultural scene. Here are some things you can do in Sarajevo.

Visit the historic Baščaršija. This is the old bazaar and the cultural and commercial center of the city. It is famous for its Ottoman-era architecture, traditional crafts, and food.

Visit the Sebilj Fountain. This is one of the most famous landmarks in the city, located in the heart of Baščaršija. It is said that if you drink from the fountain, you will return to Sarajevo.

Visit the Gazi Husrev-bey Mosque. This is one of the most important Islamic monuments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, built in the 16th century. It is located in the heart of Baščaršija and is open to visitors.

Visit the Latin Bridge. Historic bridge is famous for being the site where Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria was assassinated, which triggered the start of World War I.

Visit the Sarajevo Tunnel Museum. Museum tells the story of the Sarajevo Tunnel, which was built during the siege of Sarajevo in the 1990s. The tunnel provided the only link between the city and the outside world during the war.

Visit the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This museum showcases the history and culture of the country, including ancient artifacts, Islamic art, and natural history exhibits.

Try traditional Bosnian food.  Sarajevo is known for its delicious food, such as cevapi (grilled meat), burek (savory pastry), and baklava (sweet pastry).

Visit the Yellow Fortress. Historic fortress offers stunning views of the city and is a popular spot for photography.

Visit the Vrelo Bosne Park. Park is located on the outskirts of the city and is home to the source of the River Bosna. Visitors can walk along the river, enjoy the natural beauty of the park, and have a picnic.
